HDT VICA tester is a non-metallic material test instrument designed and manufactured according to the standard and the national standard. It is suitable for measuring Vica softening point temperature and thermal deformation temperature of polymer materials. In order to ensure the health of the operator and not pollute the test environment, the instrument is equipped with an automatic smoke exhaust system. 1. High degree of automation. After input parameters and placing the sample, press the Start button, the instrument automatically balances the temperature, automatically clears the zero, automatically starts heating, automatically stops the experiment after the last sample is measured, automatically records the data and automatically starts cooling to the initial temperature, so as to start the next experiment (without human management).

2. Double-layer oil tank structure, outer layer is water jacket, and the surrounding and bottom are cooled together. After the experiment, the temperature dropped quickly (200℃ to 30℃ for about 30 minutes).
